When you make purchases on Our Site, you acknowledge and agree that:
1.1 You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
1.2 You are at least 18 years of age or older.
2.1 You will receive an email containing an invoice for the items you've bought. However, this email doesn't signify our acceptance of your order. Your order serves as an offer, and we only finalize the deal when we dispatch the purchased items.
2.2 Our responsibility extends only to the items we actually ship to you. If there were additional items in your order that were not sent, we are not obligated to provide them.
2.3 While we'll confirm your order, it doesn't assure that we'll definitely send the items you requested. Once you place an order, you can't change or add anything to it. We offer two delivery options: quick delivery within 4 hours and regular delivery taking 24-48 hours.
2.4 You will be notified by email when your order is dispatched. The email will detail all the items being sent. If, for any reason, we cannot send a particular item, a refund will be issued.
2.5 Your order will be delivered to the address provided during the website checkout process.
2.6 Upon delivery, it becomes your responsibility to ensure the proper care of the product.
2.7 Ownership of the purchased items officially transfers to you when they are delivered to your specified address.
This is how the process of buying products from our website works:
3.1 The product price displayed on our website does not include taxes such as VAT. Taxes and delivery costs will be added during the checkout process. While we reserve the right to change prices, once we accept an order, we won't alter the price without notifying you first.
3.2 You can pay for your products with a credit or debit card, like MasterCard or VISA. We'll charge your card before sending out your items. If you prefer, you can also choose the cash-on-delivery option.
3.3 Occasionally, errors may occur in the prices listed on our website. If we identify that a product should be priced lower than what was initially stated, we will charge you the lower amount. However, if the price should be higher, we will decide whether to confirm the purchase at the higher price or cancel the order. In cases of a clear and obvious mistake that you should have recognized, we are not obligated to sell the item at a lower price, even if it has already been dispatched.
4.1 To start the return process, reach out to our returns support team (you can find their contact details in our Returns Policy) and get your unique return code. We'll issue refunds once we receive the returned items.
4.2 To request a refund for a returned product, email us within 3 days, ensuring the product is sealed and in its original condition. Note that there may be some return charges.
4.3 In the event that your Products arrive damaged, we will replace them and reimburse your return shipping expenses.
4.4 If you return a Product for reasons other than damage or our error, we will refund the purchase price of the product. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded.
4.5 If we are unable to fulfill an order you've placed and paid for, we will promptly refund the full amount paid for the Product. Refunds are typically processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
