Free Shipping on Orders Over 500 AED.

It's important to note that order deliveries may experience delays during promotional events, sales seasons, and public holidays. Same-day delivery options may not be available during these periods. Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on working days. We reserve the right to apply a re-delivery fee if your order cannot be accepted at the provided address on the confirmed delivery date.

 

General Delivery Conditions

Although we are strongly dedicated to meeting the estimated delivery times mentioned in our Order confirmation or on our website, it's important to understand that these delivery times are approximate and are not considered as strict deadlines. The countdown for delivery timing begins from the Order confirmation date. However, if, for any reason, we cannot deliver your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide a full refund.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes instances where you are unavailable to accept the delivery or request a delay.

Our delivery services operate daily, with the exception of UAE public holidays. It is your responsibility to ensure that suitable access for deliveries is available.

 

Address Changes & Tracking

Our Customer Care team is here to help you modify your preferred delivery date and address if needed. However, once you've received an email notification confirming the shipment of your order, adjustments to the delivery address are no longer possible. Please be aware that changing the delivery address to a location outside the original delivery country cannot be accommodated.

Upon order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, allowing you to track the progress of your order. If you require assistance with tracking your order, feel free to reach out to us via email during our UAE business hours, which are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
